BCR is an outstanding business with an outstanding ethic. Rob upgraded my PC with a new motherboard etc. When I got it home an issue raised its ugly head. Rob took it back without any question and traced the fault and fixed it very quickly. I would recommend his services without question.

Rob was very helpful, explained everything about my Apple Mac laptop, the problems it could be and the costs involved; which were very reasonable.
